02 — What cookies are

Cookies are small files stored on your device when you visit a site. They may be used for proper site operation, analytics, personalization, or advertising.

We also use similar technologies (e.g., local storage, pixel tags) — collectively, “cookies.”

03 — Types of cookies we use
  • Essential — required for operation (e.g., session, security, consent).
  • Preferences — remember options (e.g., language, UI settings).
  • Analytics — measure traffic & performance.
  • Advertising — ad personalization, frequency capping, remarketing.
  • Social & embeds — social buttons, embedded videos/maps.
04 — Legal basis & consent

Essential cookies are used on the basis of legitimate interests (operation & security). For non-essential ones (analytics/advertising) we request consent via a banner/CMP.

You can withdraw your consent at any time from preferences.

05 — How to manage your preferences

To change your consent:

  • Press the button below to reopen the consent panel.
  • or manage it directly from your browser settings (see section 12).

Note: the button triggers your CMP interface (configure the handler in JS).

06 — Essential vs. non-essential

Without essential cookies the site cannot function properly (e.g., authentication, cart, anti-CSRF, consent storage).

Non-essential cookies (analytics, advertising) are set only after consent.

07 — Analytics & performance

We may use analytics tools (e.g., GA4/Matomo) to understand site usage. Data is aggregated/anonymised where possible.

Typically collected: pages visited, events, time on page, device, country (approx.).

08 — Advertising & remarketing

Advertising pixels (e.g., Meta/Google/LinkedIn) load only after consent. They can build audiences and measure conversions.

You can disable them at any time from preferences (see section 5).

09 — Third parties & transfers

Third-party providers may process data on our behalf. We choose partners with adequate assurances (contracts, SCCs, technical measures).

Some services may involve transfers outside the EEA; we apply compliant legal mechanisms (e.g., SCCs).

10 — Storage durations (retention)

Duration depends on the cookie category (e.g., session — until the browser is closed; preferences — months/years; analytics/advertising — per provider policies).

See the inventory below for typical durations.

11 — Cookie list (inventory)

The inventory can be generated automatically by the CMP or maintained manually. Below is an example structure:

Name Provider Purpose Type Duration

Tip: populate the table from a CMP-generated JSON for accuracy.

12 — Browser / device controls

You can block/delete cookies from your browser settings. Steps vary by browser/device.

  • Clear history & cookies
  • Block third-party cookies
  • Enable “Do Not Track” (where available)

Note: completely disabling cookies may affect site functionality.

13 — Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. There is currently no universally accepted standard; we will honor your preferences insofar as the CMP/technology allows.

14 — Security & privacy

We apply technical & organizational measures for data protection. See details in the Privacy Policy.

15 — Changes to this policy

We may update this policy periodically. The current version and date appear on this page.
